Intellimatch Technical Lead
Job Description
- Design, configure, and implement reconciliation processes using IntelliMatch.
- Manage and optimize data processing workflows in MSSQL to support high-performance reconciliation systems.
- Write and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned SQL scripts.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in reconciliation processes and system integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business rules, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and deployment activities for reconciliation solutions.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including technical designs and configuration records.
- Provide production support for reconciliation systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- 7–10 years of IT experience, at least 4 years in IntelliMatch (FIS).
- Strong technical expertise with SQL scripting, shell scripts, and debugging complex systems.
- In-depth business knowledge of financial instruments including OTC Derivatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep expertise in FIS IntelliMatch and MSSQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliations and proven experience implementing and supporting IntelliMatch solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
