Saxo Banque, the French branch of the Danish Saxo Bank group, is a leader in online trading and investment, committed to making global financial markets accessible. This internship in Business Management & Client Experience involves assisting the Head of Offer and Client Experience. The intern will contribute to cross-functional activities, developing skills in project management, performance analysis, and client journey study. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving products, analyzing client journeys, researching market trends, creating educational resources, and preparing reports on client engagement.
Must have:

Your missions: Assist the Head of Offer and Client Experience

As a member of the Business Management & Client Experience department, the intern will contribute to the team's cross-functional activities, developing their skills in project management, performance analysis, and client journey study.

Their responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating on the evaluation and improvement of products and services to better meet client expectations.
  • Analyzing the client journey to identify friction points and propose improvements to enrich the user experience.
  • Conducting research on market trends and analyzing them.
  • Participating in the creation of guides, tutorials, and other educational resources to facilitate clients' use of stock market services.
  • Preparing regular reports on client engagement and initiative effectiveness, using collected data to formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Required professional experience and personal qualities:

Are you a Bac+4/5 student in a business school or university, specializing in data, finance, or project management?

  • You have a good knowledge of financial markets and products.
  • You have a synthetic mind and are proactive.
  • You are autonomous and enjoy teamwork.
  • You demonstrate a sense of listening and open-mindedness.
