Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our Workplace Experience & Enterprise Monitoring team. This role is critical in managing and delivering enterprise monitoring projects, supporting operational reliability, and driving automation through AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. Responsibilities include leading monitoring tool integration, leveraging AI for automation, monitoring various systems, responding to alerts, maintaining documentation, supporting BC/DR, and providing technical support for Workplace Experience issues, including on-call rotations.
Must have:
  • Manage and Deliver Key Projects for Enterprise Monitoring
  • Lead the setup and integration of monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, Azure etc.
  • Drive future Enterprise Monitoring (EM) improvement initiatives
  • Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate IT monitoring and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration in operational workflows
  • Lead or contribute to AI-related projects that enhance system efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Monitor servers, networks, applications, cloud services and BCP Disaster alerts using monitoring tools
  • Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial triage, troubleshooting, and escalation
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitoring processes
  • Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to their continuous improvement
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) testing and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely incident records in the ticketing system
  • Provide technical support for Workplace Experience-related issues on an ad hoc basis
  • Respond to and resolve tickets related to Workplace Experience systems
  • Willingness to work EMEA hours and participate in on-call rotations
Good to have:
  • Experience with DisasterAware or similar disaster recovery platforms
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, LogicMonitor, AI/ML)
  • Familiarity with business continuity and incident response frameworks
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to streamline IT operations and reporting

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Operations Engineer to join our Workplace Experience & Enterprise Monitoring team. This role is critical in managing and delivering enterprise monitoring projects, supporting operational reliability, and driving automation through AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and Deliver Key Projects for Enterprise Monitoring:
  • Lead the setup and integration of monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, Azure etc.
  • Drive future Enterprise Monitoring (EM) improvement initiatives aligned with Enterprise Monitoring team’s goals.
  • AI-Driven Automation
  • Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate IT monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration in operational workflows.
  • Lead or contribute to AI-related projects that enhance system efficiency and reduce manual workload for EM Operations.
  • Monitor servers, networks, applications, cloud services and BCP Disaster alerts using monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Logic Monitor, Microsoft Health, ServiceNow, Disasteraware and etc.).
  • Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial triage, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitoring processes.
  • Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to their continuous improvement
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) testing and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely incident records in the ticketing system
  • Provide technical support for Workplace Experience-related issues on an ad hoc basis.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets related to Workplace Experience systems.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations, enterprise monitoring and project management.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, MS 365, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with DisasterAware or similar disaster recovery platforms.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, LogicMonitor, AI/ML).
  • Familiarity with business continuity and incident response frameworks.
