Job Description
BETA CAE Systems is rapidly growing with a strong international presence and a leading position in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and the Simulation & Analysis market. As part of its continuous growth, the company is seeking a new engineer to join the Information Technology team. The primary duties will involve managing processes in infrastructure, software, and other internal services, including creating technical manuals, handling departmental tasks, maintaining hardware/software inventory, linking activities with electronic systems, and responding in a demanding multi-site environment.
Good To Have:
- Previous experience in a related position
- Experience in systems architecture
- Experience in Directory Services (Active Directory, etc.)
- Experience in server management
- Experience in ISO 27001 procedures
Must Have:
- Creation and maintenance of technical manuals, internal procedures, and data security
- Execution of departmental tasks related to infrastructure and user systems
- Maintenance and updating of the company's hardware and software inventory system
- Linking departmental tasks and activities with electronic recording, management, and project documentation systems
- Responding in a demanding multi-site environment
- University degree in Informatics or a related field
- Knowledge of computer network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewalling, etc.)
- Good knowledge of basic operating systems
- Experience in virtualization technologies (VMware or other)
- Ability to document and write technical manuals
- Good written and oral skills in Greek and English
- Willingness and spirit of cooperation
- Fulfilled military obligations
