Job Description

The Jr Sales Analyst will develop controls and management reports to monitor sales performance and optimize processes for Nissan Sales Consultants. This role involves being the primary liaison between Finance, Marketing, Commercial Team, and Dealerships, ensuring data governance, analyzing results against objectives, and providing ad-hoc support to the Sales Operations team. Key responsibilities also include organizing main meetings and managing projects related to sales and the Dealer Margin Program.

  • Intermediate English (Advanced desirable).
Must Have:
  • Develop controls and management reports for results and performance monitoring.
  • Create tools and controls to optimize Nissan Sales Consultants' work.
  • Act as the main contact between Finance, Marketing, Commercial Team, and Dealerships.
  • Promote process optimization and time reduction in daily tasks.
  • Maintain data governance for the area's responsibilities.
  • Ascertain results versus objectives and perform analyses.
  • Support Sales Operations with data and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Operationalize and organize key area meetings (e.g., Broadcast, weekly Sales meetings).
  • Develop controls and reports for the Dealer Margin Program.
  • Operationalize and organize main area projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop controls and management reports for monitoring results and performance;
  • Creation of tools and controls for optimizing the work of Nissan Sales Consultants;
  • Main contact between Finance, Marketing, Commercial Team and Dealerships;
  • Promote process optimization and time reduction in the execution of daily tasks;
  • Maintain data governance that is the responsibility of the area;
  • Ascertaining results vs. objectives that are under the responsibility of the area (results analysis);
  • Support for the Sales Operations team in obtaining data and ad-hoc analyses;
  • Operationalize and organize the main meetings of the area, Example: Broadcast, weekly Sales Meeting, etc.;
  • Operationalize, develop controls and management reports for monitoring the Dealer Margin Program;
  • Operationalize and organize the main projects of the area.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Self-taught profile to create technical solutions for task optimizations;
  • Organization and logical reasoning;
  • Good interpersonal communication;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Analytical capacity.

  • Excel - Advanced (desirable)
  • SharePoint (desirable)
  • Power Point (desirable)
  • Tableau (desirable)

Experience:

  • Experience in the automotive market

Education:

Complete or ongoing graduation in Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Economics.

Languages:

  • English – intermediate (Advanced desirable)

Work Model:

  • Hybrid

Workplace:

  • NBA – São Paulo, SP;

Business Travel:

  • Availability if there is any travel by the sector;
