Job Description

This Junior Contract Negotiation Analyst (Deal Desk) role at TransUnion involves supporting the sales team in structuring, analyzing, and approving commercial proposals. Must Have:
  • Support the sales team in structuring, analyzing, and approving commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with internal policies, financial goals, and company strategies.
  • Analysis of commercial proposals: Evaluate margins, discounts, risks, and financial viability.
  • Interface with internal areas: Work together with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations.
  • Approval of exceptions: Manage approval processes for non-standard conditions (e.g., high discounts).
  • Process optimization: Create and improve approval flows and sales support tools.
  • Governance and compliance: Ensure that contracts and proposals comply with company policies.
  • Strategic support: Assist in defining pricing and negotiation strategies.
