We are looking for a dynamic person to develop and execute business development strategies for commercial clients to ensure growth and achieve revenue objectives within our financial sector. The individual must be able to drive the highest level of customer service and improve relationships in the process. The individual must build and maintain high-level clients by identifying incremental and transformative business opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in administrative careers, and/or other related discipline.
- Experience in sales enablement and administrative work.
- Knowledge of the credit reporting industry or experience in international business planning would be an advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and the Office suite of applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including 70% fluency in English and 100% in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong project management capabilities and great attention to detail; comfortable working under conflicting priorities and producing key deliverables.
- Good business judgment and excellent problem-solving and influence skills.
- Competent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving/decision-making and communication skills.
- A high work ethic combined with vision.
- Administrative – operational profile.
- Project management from client requirement to confirmation.
- Coming from financial, banking, telco or consumer sectors.
- Management of external clients and orientation to internal clients.
- 70 operational 30 commercial – Project Manager.
- Work plan, project phase development.

- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into management and tracking performance.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with all key internal and external account stakeholders.
- Provide sales enablement coverage for assigned accounts.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of competence in key skills and behaviors (e.g., critical thinking and solution development).
- Show advanced industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving/decision-making, and communication skills.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
