Junior Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) - Global Accounts

Description -

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to support our global accounts (temporary contract for 2 years).

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building of the pipeline by generating leads and referrals and building on existing HP business within the global accounts.

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the clients, by developing a basic understanding of the unique business needs of the clients within their industry.

  • Offer up-selling suggestions to account managers regarding new business opportunities within the account.

  • Work with the clients, particularly with procurement on contract renewals.

  • Describe benefits of solutions, services, products, during selling process.

  • May focus on growing contractual renewals for smaller, less complex accounts, to higher-total-contract- value renewals; manage sales pipeline.

What do we expect?

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a business administration field.

  • Typically 0-2 years of sales experience ideally in IT industry.

  • Ideally first experience with Sales tools, such as Siebel.

  • Good communication and presentation skills (ideally in front of medium-sized audiences).

  • Ability to effectively partner with other team members/teams to ensure coordinated efficient account management.

  • Ability to motivate partner's sales force.

  • Fluent in German and English (Typical job interaction – internally and externally – in German language).
