Position Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal department. You'll work closely with our Head of Legal and support various business teams with contracts, research, and practical legal input. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to apply your legal skills in a fast-paced, international environment - Casumo is calling!

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial, vendor, and licensing contracts - with the guidance and support of the Head of Legal.

• Supporting IP-related matters like trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection.

• Conducting legal research to keep us informed on changing laws and regulations.

• Assisting in areas like corporate governance, dispute resolution, and employment law.

• Using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Drive to keep your work organised and collaborative.

Requirements:

• A law degree and a strong grasp of corporate and commercial law.

• Someone who can explain legal matters clearly and practically.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and cool under pressure.

• A natural collaborator who builds trust across teams.

• Fluent in English - extra languages are a bonus!

• iGaming experience? Nice to have, but not essential.
