Must have:
  • Develop advertising concepts and work with media daily
  • Support sales from offer conception to design, collaborating with marketing and sales to present concepts attractively in PowerPoint
  • Support creative and technical implementation of social media campaigns

  • Initial experience in marketing
  • Ability to professionally prepare client documents, including with AI-supported tools
  • Talent for appealing visualization of complex content
  • Ability to achieve results with sales team and adapt to different people

(Junior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

With our large marketing portfolio of print, digital, Digital-out-of-Home, and Addressable TV, we are the regional 360° portfolio marketer in Germany. What you will move with us:

  • Work daily with media and support the development of advertising concepts.
  • Accompany our Sales from offer conception to design and exchange ideas with our Marketing and Sales to present the elaborated concepts as appealingly as possible in a PowerPoint presentation.
  • You support the creative and technical implementation of social media campaigns.

What you bring:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training, preferably in the areas of Marketing/Communication/Media – digital media is not a foreign word to you.
  • Ideally, you already have initial experience in marketing and understand how to professionally prepare documents for client meetings, also with AI-supported tools.
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint and have a talent for appealing visualization of complex content.
  • Together with our Sales Team, you achieve the best results and can adapt to different people.
  • You have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
