This role involves welcoming and registering guests, partners, and visitors, managing visitor traffic, conducting security checks at the entrance using specialized equipment, performing control rounds, assisting with event security, processing mail and courier services, and maintaining order in the reception area. Must Have:

Receive and register guests, business partners, and visitors
Organize and monitor guest and visitor traffic
Conduct security checks at the entrance
Perform control rounds within the property and support event security
Process incoming mail and courier services using IT
Ensure order and organize the reception area
Successfully completed the expert examination according to §34a GewO
Experience in the security industry
Friendly and confident demeanor, well-groomed appearance
Customer and service-oriented thinking
High sense of responsibility and security understanding
Good PC skills (MS Office)
Fluent German in spoken and written
Willingness to work in shifts (day and night)

What you will do with us:

you receive and register guests, business partners, and visitors
you organize and monitor guest and visitor traffic
you conduct security checks at the entrance – with baggage screening equipment, detector arch, and hand scanner
you perform control rounds within the property and support event security
you process incoming mail and courier services using IT
you ensure order and organize the reception area

What you bring:

you have successfully completed the expert examination according to §34a GewO and already gained experience in the security industry
you have a friendly and confident demeanor and pay attention to a well-groomed appearance
you think customer and service-oriented
you take responsibility and bring a high level of security understanding
you have good PC skills (MS Office) and speak fluent German in spoken and written
you ideally have English language skills
you are willing to work in shifts – both during the day and at night
