Job Description
The Verlagsgruppe Oetinger, a leading children's and youth book publisher, is seeking a full-time Junior Marketing Manager with a focus on performance, initially for two years. The role involves planning and executing cross-channel performance campaigns, monitoring and optimizing them, content creation, analysis and reporting, market observation, and coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
Must have:
- Planning and implementing cross-channel performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, possibly Amazon)
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns along the marketing funnel, analyzing and deriving measures
- Content and creation: idea generation, briefing content (texts, visuals, videos)
- Analysis and reporting: targeting, creating KPI reports and dashboards, evaluating conversion data
- Market and competitor observation
- Coordination and collaboration: managing agencies, working with internal project teams
- Initial experience in performance marketing
- Knowledge of Business Manager of major platforms, Google Analytics, possibly Amazon Vendor Centre
- Structured and reliable time and project management

To strengthen our crew, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on performance, initially limited to two years, as soon as possible:
Your tasks
- Planning & implementation of cross-channel performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, possibly Amazon)
- Monitoring & optimization: Ongoing monitoring of campaigns along the marketing funnel, analysis and derivation of measures
- Content & creation: Idea generation, briefing of content (texts, visuals, videos)
- Analysis & reporting: Targeting, creation of KPI reports and dashboards, evaluation of conversion data
- Market & competitor observation
- Coordination & collaboration: Management of agencies, collaboration with internal project teams
What you bring
- Initial experience in performance marketing
- Knowledge of Business Manager of major platforms, Google Analytics, possibly Amazon Vendor Centre
- Structured and reliable time and project management
