As a part-time Junior Quality Assurance Manager/Deputy fvP, you will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance for medicinal products and medical devices in Switzerland. This includes maintaining GMP/GDP compliant Quality Systems and overseeing GDP compliance. Key responsibilities involve supporting the review of PQRs with Swiss-specific amendments, acting as the Deputy "Fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person" (fvP), and making final decisions on batch release to the Swiss market on behalf of the fvP. Additional tasks include supporting the local quality management system for GDP/GMP implementation and maintenance, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance of third-party contractors through quality agreements, audits, risk assessments, and performance indicators, overseeing the supply chain for product traceability and GDP compliance, and ensuring compliance with Swiss legislation and GxP requirements.
Must have:
  • Masters degree in Science (pharmacy, biology, biotech, chemistry, nutrition…)
  • Min. 2-4 years experience in Quality Management in GMP/GDP or related fields
  • Very good understanding of quality processes
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Precise and well-structured work
  • Agile and flexible mindset
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Team player
  • Good level of German and English
Good to have:
  • French would be a benefit

Your Role

As a 50% Part-time (Junior) Quality Assurance Manager/Deputy fvP, you are responsible for ensuring the Quality compliance for the entire supply chain for medicinal products and medical devices marketed in Switzerland, maintaining GMP/GDP compliant Quality System and oversee the GDP compliance.

Your Responsibilities

Focus tasks

  • Support Review of PQRs incl. Swiss specific amendment
  • Act as Deputy of the “Fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person” (fvP)
  • Make the final decision on batch release to the Swiss market on behalf of the fvP

Additional tasks

  • Support the local quality management system for GDP/GMP implementation and maintenance
  • Support GMP/GDP compliance of third-party contractors through establishment of Quality Agreements, audits, risk assessments and performance indicators
  • Oversee the entire supply chain for products marketed in Switzerland to ensure product traceability and GDP compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss legislation and give directives to ensure compliance with GxP requirements

Your Profile

  • Masters degree in Science (pharmacy, biology, biotech, chemistry, nutrition…)
  • Min. 2-4 years experience in Quality Management in GMP/GDP or related fields or alternative graduates with well above average degree
  • Very good understanding of quality processes
  • Analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to work precise and well structured
  • Agile and flexible mindset with hands-on mentality, working very well in a team
  • Good level of German and English, French would be a benefit
