Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Enablement team. This individual will support the ongoing development and execution of enablement programs for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) SAM, SMB org. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales excellence, coaching, and operational efficiency, and will work cross-functionally to ensure our go-to-market teams are fully equipped to achieve performance goals.
Must have:
  • Assist in the design, delivery, and optimization of training programs for SDRs, SMBs and SAMs
  • Maintain and update enablement content
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for training sessions, workshops, and readiness (onboarding) tracks
  • Facilitate elements of onboarding for new SDRs, SMBs and SAMs
  • Monitor onboarding progress and track key metrics (e.g., time to productivity, engagement)
  • Identify learning gaps and provide recommendations for program improvement
  • Maintain centralized access to enablement assets across platforms such as Highspot, Salesforce, and LMS tools
  • Ensure content is current, role-specific, and aligned with GTM priorities
  • Assist with ongoing coaching efforts, including call review sessions and shadowing support
  • Support collection and analysis of feedback from frontline managers to improve enablement offerings
  • Help implement tools and processes that drive behavior change and sales effectiveness
  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and enablement planning cycles
  • Report enablement KPIs and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Good to have:
  • Experience supporting SDR or inside sales teams
  • Exposure to e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Enablement Program Support

  • Assist in the design, delivery, and optimization of training programs for SDRs, SMBs and SAMs
  • Maintain and update enablement content
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for training sessions, workshops, and readiness (onboarding) tracks

Readiness (Onboarding) & Learning

  • Facilitate elements of onboarding for new SDRs, SMBs and SAMs
  • Monitor onboarding progress and track key metrics (e.g., time to productivity, engagement)
  • Identify learning gaps and provide recommendations for program improvement

Content & Tools Management

  • Maintain centralized access to enablement assets across platforms such as Highspot, Salesforce, and LMS tools
  • Ensure content is current, role-specific, and aligned with GTM priorities

Coaching & Performance Insights

  • Assist with ongoing coaching efforts, including call review sessions and shadowing support
  • Support collection and analysis of feedback from frontline managers to improve enablement offerings
  • Help implement tools and processes that drive behavior change and sales effectiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and enablement planning cycles
  • Report enablement KPIs and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a sales-related role
  • Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Highspot is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SDR or inside sales teams
  • Exposure to e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
