Junior Software Development Analyst

Job Description
The Software Development Analyst Junior will document, optimize, and maintain specifications, components, source code, modules, and features of the developed functionalities. They will participate in code reviews, emphasizing the importance of quality in our deliverables. This role involves developing and maintaining architectural solutions for the company's applications, interacting with other teams, and proposing best practices. They will also maintain the agile methodologies, keeping demands organized and clear. Responsibilities include pair programming, collaborative coding, and participating in technical refinement meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to present technical information clearly. The analyst will propose improvements and new architectures, develop applications, and stay informed about new tools to suggest improvements.
Must have:

- Documentar, otimizar e manter especificações, componentes, código-fonte, módulos e recursos das funcionalidades desenvolvidas.
- Code Review de demais integrantes da squad, reforçando a importância da qualidade de nossas entregas.
- Será responsável por desenvolver e manter soluções arquiteturais para os aplicativos desenvolvidos pela empresa.
- Interagir com outros times, propor melhores práticas e auxiliar em manter a estrutura base atualizada.
- Sempre primar pelas metodologias ágeis, mantendo as demandas organizadas e clarificadas.
- Temos muito trabalho em conjunto, pair programming e códigos colaborativos.
- Participar de reuniões refinamentos técnicos para definições de prazos e entregas.
- Boas habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal com a capacidade de apresentar informações técnicas de maneira clara e concisa para uma variedade de públicos.
- Propor melhorias e novas arquiteturas para nossas aplicações.
- Desenvolver as aplicações (programar).
- Deve manter-se informado sobre o desenvolvimento e utilização de novas ferramentas aplicáveis as suas funções, podendo assim sugerir melhorias.
