As part of Ubisoft’s international headquarters, you will join the Legal team, which is structured around key areas of expertise such as Business, Content, Data, Employment, Trademarks, and more.
In your role as Legal Counsel, you will be at the forefront of Ubisoft’s legal strategy on emerging technologies. Your work will involve drafting contracts, shaping strategic guidance, and assessing legal risks to support operational teams -especially IT and Procurement- in the company's best interest.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid initial experience in contract negotiation, ideally within IT, emerging technologies, or intellectual property law.
