We are on the lookout for a talented LiveOps Artist who is motivated and keen to develop in this position.
Gram is a data-driven company. In this role, you will work closely with the Monetization and Design teams on the creation of different campaigns both inside and outside of the game. You will be an instrumental part of engagement and revenue generation with a direct impact on our most valuable resource - our players!
As the LiveOps Artist, you are the mastermind behind creating visually stunning and captivating designs for live game events, Interstitials, Offers, and promotional campaigns. Your role requires you to deliver high-quality content that connects with and captivates players, gets them engaged and excited, and motivates them to actively participate in the game. You will thrive in the world of making creatives that are attractive, clear, on brand and fun. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented, flexible and out of the box creative thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Creating attractive visual compositions for different Interstitials of the game, like Pop-Ups, Offers, Icons, and promotional materials to enhance player engagement
- Collaborating with diverse team members, such as Artists, Product and Monetization Managers, to ensure consistency in visual, messaging and branding across multiple formats
- Adapting quickly to new requirements and making necessary adjustments to compositions throughout the LiveOps cycle
- Documenting design decisions, providing clear assets according to design briefs, focusing on message hierarchy, and conveying ideas to team members effectively
- Keeping design assets organized and easily accessible so all team members can access them.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, design software and tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and bring fresh perspectives to projects
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a concept artist or 2D artist ideally in games
- Excellent skills in industry-standard tools such as Figma & Photoshop
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, UI, UX, composition and scale
- Strong ability to research and reference material that supports idea generation and visual problem-solving.
- Experience in creating and implementing game or marketing content
- Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with implementation in Unity
- Experience working with 3D content
- Casual games experience
