Job Description

As a Logistic Specialist, you will manage domestic and international transports, handle delivery discrepancies and complaints. Your typical day will involve organizing domestic and international transports, preparing transport documentation, managing release documents, archiving shipping documentation, clarifying delivery discrepancies, advising on deliveries, and organizing waste collection.
Must Have:
  • At least a secondary education degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation.
  • Ability to establish and maintain contacts with carriers.
  • Experience in working in a shipping or logistics department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of a driving license B.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.

Who will you be working with?

You will be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

How will you make a difference?

As a Logistic Specialist you will manage domestic and international transports and manage delivery discrepancies and complaints.

What do we want to know from you?

  • At least have a secondary education degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation.
  • The ability to establish and maintain contacts with carriers.
  • Experienced in working in a shipping or logistics department.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and have a driving license B.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Organization of domestic and international transports, including transports from cooperators and suppliers.
  • Preparation of documentation on transports, transport orders, documents related to transport service, preparing warehouse data
  • Preparation of release documents “WZ”.
  • Archiving of shipping documentation in electronic form.
  • Clarification of discrepancies in deliveries, delivery complaints, redirection of shipments to another address.
  • Advising of deliveries, electronic dispatch of shipment documentation, quality certificates, etc.
  • Organization of garbage, waste and scrap collection.
