In this context, within the M&A acquisitions department, your main missions will be the following:
As part of this mission, the intern will work from the headquarters based in France for the development of Egis on a very international scope, with high-volume M&A acquisition challenges.
You are preparing for a Master's level training, ideally in an engineering school, otherwise in a major business school, university or IAE with a major in Finance or Strategy and you are looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship lasting 6 months from early January 2026.
You have a real appetite for corporate strategy and M&A acquisition issues, particularly in the fields of engineering, BtoB services activities, or in the construction of infrastructure and civil engineering structures. A first experience/internship in Transaction Services, Investment Banking or Corporate M&A is a plus.
You necessarily have a fluent English level (C1) in writing and speaking.
Your rigour, your analytical skills and your appetite for international contexts are essential assets to successfully carry out the missions entrusted.
