About the position

Our goal is to enable our clients to take control of their financial lives. Within the Decision Making Platforms area, we develop frameworks that allow the creation, implementation, and monitoring of decision policies at scale. The role of this position is to evolve and maintain critical infrastructures that support the definition of business rules and decision policies, ensuring performance, scalability, and ease of use for analysts and business engineers. Working with us, your goal will be to build systems and abstractions that make it possible to configure, execute, and monitor internal decision policies, offering consistent, secure, and efficient interfaces, always in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for

• Design and evolve internal frameworks for creating, deploying, and monitoring decision policies;
• Build infrastructure that allows policies to be easily versioned, deployed, and audited in production;
• Develop solutions that support high performance, scalability, and reliability in batch and real-time environments;
• Ensure traceability, logging, and governance in all automated decisions;
• Partner with business analysts, offering tools that increase their autonomy and reduce friction in the policy lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who has

• Solid coding skills in Python, Scala, Clojure, or other languages;
• Good knowledge and experience with code development and deployment pipelines;
• Experience integrating models into data pipelines and decision-making infrastructure (e.g., using Scala and Spark);
• Ability to communicate in English;
• Experience with large-scale software systems with reliable deployment and monitoring is a plus.

Our Nu Way of Working model
