At Iron Mountain, we are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves working with Clutter, an Iron Mountain company, to innovate storage solutions. You will be responsible for fulfilling inbound, outbound, and transfer operations, coordinating tasks, and safely handling items. Must have:
  • Responsible for fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations.
  • Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates.
  • Move, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (over 50 lbs).
  • Facilitate loading/unloading of items onto transfer trucks.
  • Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits.
  • Manage stocking of warehouse supplies.
  • Scan and organize customer items using mobile app.
  • Follow and promote all safety standards of conduct.
  • Lead other warehouse projects as needed.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a self driven and high-performing Warehouse Lead to oversee a team of Warehouse Associates.

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Type: Part time
  • Hours: Varies
  • Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.
  • Job Site: Warehouse Leads will start and end shifts at the Clutter depot at 1305 E Pescadero Ave, Tracy, CA 95304.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter’s warehouse
  • Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates
  • Move, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (items often weigh more than 50 lbs)
  • Facilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucks
  • Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits
  • Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas
  • Scan and organize customer items using our self-built mobile app
  • Warehouse Leads are responsible for following and promoting all safety standards of conduct
  • Lead other warehouse projects as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • 1 full year of forklift experience
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Weekend availability required
  • As a forklift operator, you will be expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs regularly
  • You will be on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day)
  • You will be expected to track and manage data using smartphone software
  • You must have reliable transportation and from work
  • Experience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor
