Job Description

This role is responsible for leading corporate finance services and financial advisory projects, aiming to generate value for clients and shareholders. Key responsibilities include managing invoicing and collections, ensuring service profitability through time reporting, and enhancing the firm's market position. The manager will oversee the quality of client deliverables, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain meticulous documentation. They will also drive procedural improvements and support the professional development of their team. A third-level degree in finance or business and 5-7 years of experience in similar roles are required, along with advanced English proficiency and expertise in areas like Auditing, IFRS, and company valuation.
Must have:
  • Responsible for corporate finance services and financial advisory projects.
  • Control invoicing and collection management for processes.
  • Plan and control time reports in Oracle for service profitability.
  • Plan periodic meetings for firm positioning.
  • Represent the firm in social events.
  • Control the quality of client deliverables and verify acceptance.
  • Ensure total client satisfaction through process control.
  • Prepare client supporting documentation, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Verify information backups in Save it and firm's disk.
  • Generate, lead, and implement procedural changes for improvement.
  • Provide professional development support to your team.
  • Third-level degree in Finance Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Auditing.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Auditing, IFRS, Due Diligence, Projection Models, Company Valuation.

Job Details

Responsible for the process and development of corporate finance services and financial advisory projects to contribute to value generation for our clients and their shareholders.

Control correct invoicing and collection management for processes entering your area.

Plan and control the time report in Oracle to ensure the profitability of the services you lead in your area.

Plan periodic meetings with communication media to allow assertive positioning of the firm in the area you lead.

Represent the firm in social events to which you are invited by your immediate supervisor.

Control the quality of the firm's deliverables to the client and verify the acceptance signature by the Partner.

Ensure total client satisfaction regarding the service received through permanent control of all stages of the process.

Prepare supporting documentation for each client entering, ensuring compliance with the firm's internal policies.

Verify the entry of all information backups into Save it and the firm's information disk.

Generate, lead, and implement changes to established procedures for the area to improve existing ones and apply market best practices.

Provide professional development support to your work team.

Minimum years experience required

  • Third-level degree in administrative areas: Finance Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing preferred.

Plus: specialization studies or postgraduate degrees (Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Valuation)
