Purpose & Need
Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is seeking a focused an eager Marketing Coordinator. This position is available in our Tallahassee office. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for proposal content and presentation materials. Strong writing, communication, organizational and time-management skills are imperative, as they will coordinate with all the members of the pursuit team, both internal and external. This individual is also comfortable operating under firm deadlines and has a strong attention to detail. Through overall pursuit operations support, they will be learning the ins and outs of transportation engineering industry, proposal production, and other communications skills. Reporting to one of PGA’s marketing managers, this position comes with unlimited potential for career growth.
What You’ll Do
- Resume development and updates for all engineering staff tailored to each pursuit
- Ensure relevant pursuit, contact, project, firm, and employee data up to date in the company’s CRM
- Address subconsultant requests, as necessary
- Monitor FDOT planned advertisements, current advertisements, and selection website for updates, as requested
- Monitor FDOT Consultant Acquisition Plan website for updates, as requested
- Monitor municipal capital improvement plans for potential target projects, as requested
- Support and/or facilitate pursuit efforts including scheduling and progress tracking, document layout, internal and external coordination, and more.
- Review previous shortlist interview and presentation recordings for insight and competitive review
- Facilitate capture plan development for potential target clients
- Assist with resumes, organization charts and staff hours for Project Request for Information Packages (PRIP) and Automated Fee Proposal (AFP) packages
- Prepare forms and provide printing, binding, and production-related support for proposals
- Engage in professional and/or community organizations to promote the firm
- Support the Marketing Group with any miscellaneous tasks, as necessary
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Post-graduation experience of 3+ years
- Related experience may be considered instead of the required education
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of personality types
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and potentially additionally Adobe products
- Working knowledge of CRM database and ability to manage records
