- Marketing Lead – SaaS & Healthcare
- Location: United States- Preferably East Coast (REMOTE)
- Salary Range- USD $70-85k (Subjected to experience and location)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our growing SaaS company in the healthcare space. This role will focus on content generation, demand generation, and pipeline growth to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a strong ability to create compelling content, develop multi-channel campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts for lead generation and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that educates and engages healthcare professionals, driving inbound leads
- Create and edit blog posts, social media content, client communications, email campaign content, advertising campaign content, and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with goals and brand guidelines
- Conduct research to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities
- Develop and optimize campaigns across email, paid, and events to drive qualified leads into the pipeline
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed, conduct A/B testing when appropriate to optimize content performance
- Manage the execution of virtual and in-person marketing events
- Draft and execute social media advertising and paid promotion campaigns
- Use Canva to create graphics and visuals to accompany content
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing or a related field
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original ideas for blog, social media, email, and sales enablement content
- Experience with content management systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform content strategy.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in healthcare segments (hospitals, senior living, behavioral health)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Experience managing virtual and/or in-person marketing events, such as webinars or conferences
- Familiarity with social media advertising (LinkedIn) and paid promotion techniques
- Experience with basic website design and maintenance
- Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM management, lead generation support, email automation, and lead nurturing
