Job Summary:

Marketing Manager EMEA – Fashion

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager for the EMEA Softlines (Fashion & Home Partners) division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a strong return on investment (ROI) through effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with key retail partners.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term and fiscal year marketing strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing relationships with key accounts and provide support to category teams.
  • Leverage trends and consumer insights to shape effective and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with franchise, category, and global strategies.
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide regular account strategy and campaign updates.

Experience Required:

  • Background in fashion, footwear, accessories, and retail marketing.
  • Proven experience in commercially oriented product marketing within consumer products commercialization (softlines) and/or retail marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital/social marketing and experience working with influencers.
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and evaluating innovative marketing campaigns.
