We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to operationalize and optimize our marketing engine across multiple channels and touchpoints. You’ll drive performance through systems, processes, and insights, bringing order to complexity and ensuring our programs are measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
This is a high-impact role for a systems thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, self-serve environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀
- Build & Manage Operational Foundations for Marketing Programs: Manage and scale cross-channel marketing foundations for programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Own the Marketing Tech Stack: Drive the effective use of tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and Braze, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to support campaign execution, audience segmentation, and personalization at scale.
- Build Scalable Operational Systems: Develop and implement robust frameworks for campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking. Ensure marketing activities are repeatable, documented, and continuously optimized.
- Establish Measurement & Attribution Models: Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to build holistic dashboards and data flows that illuminate performance across the customer journey, including support for non-linear paths and multi-touch attribution.
- Drive Audience Strategy & Segmentation: Implement logic and infrastructure to enable advanced segmentation, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle orchestration that improves targeting and personalization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Growth, Content, and Design teams to align on goals, timelines, and priorities. Act as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and technical execution.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Bring a continuous improvement mindset. Stay ahead of emerging MarTech trends and operational best practices to keep Manychat at the forefront of modern marketing.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥
You bring:
- 5–10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a self-serve SaaS or product-led growth environment
- A strong grasp of multi-channel marketing programs, including campaign planning, lead routing, and attribution
- Hands-on experience with tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Braze, and/or comparable platforms (e.g., Segment, HubSpot, Amplitude, Iterable)
- A systems mindset — you understand how tools, data, and processes intersect to enable scaled marketing
- Expertise in non-linear user journey tracking, cohort segmentation, and user lifecycle frameworks
- Excellent project management and communication skills — you keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working across technical and creative teams
