JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Ubisoft Global Publishing Media Strategy Team, you will support the team in implementing and deploying effective digital media strategies. In this context, your missions will be as follows:

Participate in the execution and monitoring of Global Publishing media campaigns across Ubisoft's entire brand portfolio:

• Support the construction of campaign strategies with Media Managers to achieve the strategic objectives predefined by the Brand teams.
• Understand and implement retro-planning to best frame the deployment of campaigns within the allotted deadlines.
• Make asset recommendations (messages, formats, languages, etc.) for campaign needs to the Brand marketing teams.
• Brief our internal and external partners regarding campaign implementation.
• Define the ideal setup for our campaigns to achieve our objectives.

Ensure monitoring and analyze campaign results with the aim of optimization and improvement:

• Ensure daily monitoring of ongoing campaign performance.
• Propose feasible and viable optimizations to improve performance.
• Produce reports on our media campaigns.
• Propose different tests to refine the strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Student ideally with a first experience in similar missions.
• You are curious, autonomous, and proactive.
• You have technical knowledge of online Media tools: Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• You enjoy working with numbers and data.
• You are fluent in English (written and oral).
• You are proficient in Office Pack: Excel and PowerPoint.
• Nice to have: an understanding of the video game industry and the entertainment universe in general.

Recruitment process

If your application is selected, you will first be contacted by a representative of our Campus team for a phone interview to determine if your profile matches the announcement and your aspirations.

If this exchange is conclusive, a practical case will be submitted to you to assess your technical skills related to the opportunity.

Finally, a physical or video interview via Teams will then be organized with your future internship supervisor.

Once autonomous, your missions will be empowering and varied, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects to be carried out day by day.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and work-study students.

What is Ubisoft's teleworking policy?

We adopt a hybrid work model that helps you stay connected with your team and aligned with company priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are entirely office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.

In application of our hybrid work model, you will work 3 days a week in our premises, and can telework up to 2 days a week.
