Ubisoft Q&A Box
How to prepare my application for Ubisoft?
First, carefully read the job description to highlight your experiences and skills that seem relevant to this opportunity! A personalized and detailed CV will surely help you stand out đ
Cover letter or not? If you have to choose, we will always prefer a few lines explaining your motivation to apply, rather than a generic copy/pasted text! A specific section is provided for this purpose when you apply.
I am not familiar with the video game industry. Do I have a place at Ubisoft?
We have many profiles in our ranks who are not avid video game players. At Ubisoft, we seek to surround ourselves with passionate people, whether it's about their specialties, their professions, or entertainment in general.
What to expect during an internship or work-study program at Ubisoft?
From your first days, you will benefit from a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organization, and your work environment for the coming months. Your supervisor and your team will support you daily, in the first weeks as throughout your experience!
Once autonomous, your missions will be empowering and varied, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects to be carried out day by day.
A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and work-study students.
What is Ubisoft's teleworking policy?
We adopt a hybrid work model that helps you stay connected with your team and aligned with company priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are entirely office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.
In application of our hybrid work model, you will work 3 days a week in our premises, and can telework up to 2 days a week.
What are Ubisoft's societal commitments?
We seek to enrich the lives of players by creating original and memorable gaming experiences, and by striving to always improve the positive impact of our games. To achieve this, we create a safer and more inclusive work environment, we support the communities in which Ubisoft operates through charitable initiatives, and we strive to reduce the environmental impact of our activities.
