Paytm is India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, pioneering mobile QR payments. Its mission is to serve half a billion Indians by bringing them into the mainstream economy through technology. This role's primary objective is to drive EMI business in the designated territory, including brand mapping, OEM coordination, and acquiring/managing ISPs to boost EMI volume and market share. The candidate should be well-connected in the CDIT/CD industry and capable of independently driving EMI growth.
Must have:
  • Drive EMI business in the designated territory.
  • Perform Brand Mapping & OEM coordination.
  • Acquire and manage ISPs to drive EMI Volume.
  • Increase counter share.
  • Be well connected in the CDIT/CD industry.
  • Independently drive EMI Volume and ensure MOM Growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly EMI targets.
  • Build, manage ISP channel and scale business.
  • Conduct Market Visits as per the Beat Plan.
  • Drive Revenue Growth.
  • Expand Market outreach and coverage.
  • Ensure Business Growth & Scale-up.
  • Maintain Quality of business targets.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.

Job Details

Role:

  • The primary objective of this role is to drive EMI business in the designated territory.
  • Brand Mapping & OEM coordination.
  • Incumbent will need to have experience in acquiring and manage ISP’s to drive EMI Volume and increase counter share.
  • The candidate is expected to be well connected in the CDIT/CD industry.
  • Ability to independently drive EMI Volume and ensure MOM Growth.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly EMI (Brand & Bank) targets as assigned.
  • Build, manage ISP channel and scale business & Market Visits as per the Beat Plan.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience 6-8 years
  • Strong understanding of Client and requirements and requirements.
  • Self-motivated & Self Driven with a zeal to perform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
