• Lead and develop production technology, machine maintenance, and property at WFN in close collaboration with site and production management to achieve set goals
• Lead and distribute work within the production engineering and machine maintenance/property department. Develop and ensure the department's area of expertise and capacity
• Lead and distribute work regarding production and control preparation of the company's OE and CS products and projects to production engineers and workshop technicians
• Coordinate and initiate the daily work of workshop/machine maintenance/property technicians
• Perform own production engineering assignments including process development, PFMEA, work instructions, control plans, validation, optimization, standardization, workplace layouts, and procurement of machines and production equipment, defining associated personnel and competence needs
• Be a production engineering resource and responsible in assigned projects and production sections
• Act as a LEAN improvement leader in e.g. Kaizen events within assigned areas and LEAN tools
• Participate in and address quality issues, as far as possible without escalation, in QRQC line.
• Determine and optimize standard times and drive analysis and action for standard time deviations
• Drive purchasing and investment requests for production equipment, including obtaining prices & quotes
• Actively participate in the company's EHS/Environmental work and report risks and incidents
• Be a special process coordinator for torque tightening and contact pressing
