Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile Compliance Test Lead with deep expertise in first-party publishing requirements for Apple App Store and Google Play platforms. This role is critical in ensuring our mobile titles meet all technical certification requirements and platform guidelines before submission and release. The lead will execute compliance testing for mobile titles across iOS and Android, acting as a subject matter expert on Apple and Google certification requirements, including submission guidelines, metadata, and processes. Responsibilities include reviewing features for potential requirements and risks, providing guidance on mobile-specific requirements, and collaborating with QA, production, and publishing teams for timely submissions. The lead will also serve as the primary liaison with platform representatives during submission and review cycles, maintain documentation, and train QA team members on compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute compliance testing for mobile titles across iOS and Android platforms.

· Reviews features and prototypes to provide guidance on potential requirements and related risks.

· Provide consultation and guidance regarding mobile-specific requirements.

· Collaborate with QA, production, and publishing teams to ensure timely and successful submissions.

· Act as the primary liaison with platform representatives and release managers during submission and review cycles.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation on platform requirements and changes.

· Train and mentor QA team members on compliance best practices and tools.
