Salesforce is seeking a curious and driven Named Account Manager to join its Enterprise Sales team. This role involves managing and growing strategic accounts within the Swiss insurance industry, selling Salesforce's full portfolio of innovative solutions. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, lead complex sales cycles, deliver compelling pitches to C-level executives, and drive customer success while consistently forecasting sales activity.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, delivering compelling pitches and demonstrations to C-level and line-of-business executives.
  • Evangelize the Salesforce vision, forecast sales activity, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Several years of experience in software solutions selling OR strong experience in a complex, transformational role within the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and a robust network within the Swiss insurance sector.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
Good to have:
  • Skilled at mapping out and defining best-in-class account plans.
  • Ability to sell both applications and the deployment of a platform.
  • Excels at nurturing relationships, leveraging C-level and LOB connections, and optimizing internal and external networks.
  • Successfully navigate and close complex deals.

We are looking for a curious and driven Named Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will manage and grow a set of strategic accounts within the Swiss insurance industry, selling our full portfolio of innovative solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with both established and new ("greenfield") accounts, driving significant business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize and Grow: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue potential within our top enterprise insurance accounts.
  • Lead Complex Sales: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, delivering compelling pitches and demonstrations to C-level and line-of-business (LOB) executives to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Drive Success: Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demos, industry events, and tailored initiatives, all while consistently forecasting sales activity and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Experienced Professional: You have several years of experience in software solutions selling.
  • Industry Expert: If you don't have tech sales experience, you have strong experience in a complex, transformational role within the insurance industry, particularly focused on digital transformation or leading large projects as a consultant.
  • Connected: You possess in-depth knowledge and a robust network within the Swiss insurance sector.
  • Bilingual: You are proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
