Network, Telecommunications, and CISCO Equipment Support Administrator

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation and experience in critical environments to work in the network and security area. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive vision of network infrastructures, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Requirements for the profile:

• Solid knowledge in LAN and WLAN technologies, preferably on Cisco and Meraki platforms.
• Proven experience in network support in medium and large environments with 24x7 operation.
• Participation in medium and high complexity network projects.
• Experience in managed support services for corporate network and security infrastructures, data centers (Data Centers) and network operations centers (NOC).
• Familiarity with tools such as SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
• Customer-oriented skills for incident management, changes, requirements, and report generation.
• Intermediate English level, with technical reading ability and communication in international collaborative environments.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• University degree - completed undergraduate in systems engineering, telecommunications engineering or related fields.
• Cisco CCNA certification.
• Conversational English.
