We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Operational Shifting Assistant Engineer to monitor and maintain facility systems within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals with less than 2 years of experience, including recent graduates eager for growth. Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring various facility systems such as air conditioning, electrical, water treatment, exhaust, fire protection, CDA, bulk gas, and security access systems. The role involves performing regular system checks, data recording, supporting routine maintenance and basic repairs, and preparing daily shift reports and maintenance records. You will also assist with yearly goals and follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring all facility systems run smoothly and safely, identifying unusual conditions, and contributing to problem-solving and system improvements.

Job Details

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operational Shifting Assistant Engineer to help monitor and maintain facility systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is suitable for candidates with less than 2 years of experience, including fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a stable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor facility systems, including:
    • Air conditioning
    • Electrical systems
    • Water and wastewater treatment
    • Exhaust and fire protection systems
    • CDA (Compressed Dry Air) and bulk gas
    • Security access and monitoring systems
  • Perform regular system checks and data recording.
  • Support routine maintenance and basic repairs, including building-related issues.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and maintenance records.
  • Assist with yearly goals and follow up on tasks assigned by supervisors.

Your Role in the Team:

  • Help ensure all facility systems run smoothly and safely.
  • Stay alert during daily checks to spot any unusual conditions early.
  • Take care during maintenance to find root causes and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor system status carefully to support early detection and problem-solving.
  • Follow company and department rules, and complete tasks assigned by your supervisor.

  • Basic understanding of facility systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Able to work in rotating shifts and communicate clearly with teammates.
