Operations Manager

Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo’s unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Blitz. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence and business growth through data-driven strategies and process optimization.

• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and operational efficiency
• Design and implement automated systems to streamline processes and improve team productivity
• Manage and optimize the payment infrastructure to ensure system stability and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute comprehensive fraud prevention strategies through data analytics
• Lead the development and optimization of our custom CRM system for improved user retention
• Oversee customer support operations and implement process improvements
• Handle legal and financial matters related to business operations
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights and measure performance
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution
• Create and implement scalable solutions for operational challenges

Profile

• Master's degree in top tier Engineering school
• Highly analytical, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Nice to have a first experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity firm
• Deep interest in gaming
• English and French proficiency
• A team player with a deep collaborative mindset,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude toward receiving, acting on, and providing feedback
• Demonstrated accountability, independence, and ownership over your work
