  • Develop, implement, and refine processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new team members
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations and problem-solving within the team
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing remote teams or working in a remote-first environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Notion, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
