Job Description

This role involves coordinating end-to-end order processing for State and Local Customers across Latin America. The Order Management Coordinator will be a key member of a dynamic team, liaising with internal stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities include executing the order management cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction through activities like order entry, change order processing, hold management, and handling customer complaints. The role requires developing expertise in specific functions and adapting to a fast-paced business environment.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing for State and Local Customers across Latin America.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, credit, export control, product groups, project managers, sales) and customers.
  • Execute the order management cycle, including order entry, change order process, and hold management.
  • Provide high customer service level assistance and handle customer complaints.
  • Verify order-related document accuracy and understand customer fulfillment requirements.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced business with a focus on first-in, first-out cycle time.
  • Participate in monthly close activities.
  • Work as a team player, prioritizing team goals and contributing to a good working atmosphere.
  • English skills at B2 level.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues within the process.
  • Continuous learning mindset, capability to prioritize, and attention to detail.

Please note that this is a mixed shift position.

Basic Requirements

  • English skills at B2 level
  • Experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order Management/Logistics is a must.
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is welcome
  • College graduate
  • Ability to identify problems
  • Ability to resolve issues within the process
  • Knowledge of where to find help to resolve an issue
