Mercer’s Career Consulting Team is seeking an Organizational Design and Transformation Consulting Associate in Mexico City. This role involves joining a team focused on organizational transformation, design, and change management. You will manage and implement innovative projects, driving organizational transformation by rethinking structures, ways of working, and culture. The associate will support senior team members in developing client solutions and leveraging workforce data for strategy formulation and impact measurement.
Must have:
  • Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects.
  • Integrate different fields of knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, HR, digital) to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clients.
  • Build and develop strong business relationships with clients.
  • Support transformation projects, organizational design, work redesign and cultural change, talent development, compensation.
  • Contribute to Project team development and skills.
  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in similar projects (management consulting, organizational design).
  • Experience supporting project teams with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Adaptability to work with diverse team members and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical mind to analyze data and translate insight into actionable strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
  • High English proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

We will count on you to:

What you need to have:

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in similar projects is a must: management consulting projects, or organizational design projects and its different streams like — structure, roles and responsibilities, governance, achieved through benchmarking, restructuring, organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etc
  • Experience supporting project teams with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Adaptability to work with diverse team members and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to support team efforts effectively
  • Strong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.
  • High English proficiency.
  • The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills as well as extraordinary collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
  • Ability to manage large sets of data and translate it into relevant information to the clients
