1. Responsible for ad placement on mainstream media such as Google, Meta, and Tiktok, driving user growth in overseas regions through performance advertising to achieve product growth targets;
2. Track real-time ad performance data, quickly assess and adjust, and promptly optimize ad strategies;
3. Maintain sensitivity to ad creatives, learn the latest ad formats and creative trends, provide optimization suggestions for creative iteration based on data feedback, and improve creative click-through and conversion efficiency;
4. Maintain sensitivity to ad data, able to identify issues through metric anomalies, optimize conversion funnels, and improve user acquisition efficiency;
5. Maintain sensitivity to market and media, pay attention to overseas user habits and media trends;
6. Communicate and collaborate closely with design, data analysis, and other teams to jointly achieve product growth targets.
1. Proficiency in English as a working language, additional minor language background preferred;
2. Familiarity with overseas advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and understanding of ad targeting and attribution logic preferred;
3. Possess certain data analysis capabilities, able to extract growth insights and formulate optimization plans;
4. Good logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
