We are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with over 8 years of overall experience in HR, including at least 5 years specifically with Workday. The role requires expertise in the Hire to Retire process and a deep understanding of Workday's Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Security modules. Responsibilities include building and testing Core HR Business processes, configuring security, managing security changes, creating and managing Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, and custom organizations. A good understanding of Domain security policies, Business Process security, and end-user security is essential, as is familiarity with integrating Workday with payroll applications like ADP. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, modifying, and enhancing existing business processes, as well as advanced and custom reporting. Experience with creating custom business objects, calculated fields, and data loading is also required. Collaboration with HR leaders, stakeholders, and functional teams to gather requirements and identify system improvement opportunities is key.
