We are looking for a strong and experienced candidate with deep experience in supply chain operations, good understanding of high value, low volume business environment, and demonstrated success in developing business process and reengineering solutions.
This role is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and execution of hardware supply-demand planning strategies and initiatives within the PageWide Industrial organization. The role provides valuable advice to management across the supply-demand planning and inventory management domains and drives cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective business planning. The role also develops complex models for forecasting, supply-demand planning, inventory management, and defines KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and executing the supply demand planning process for a broad portfolio of hardware products
- Responsible for managing business tradeoffs between demand, supply, availability and inventory goals
- Drives a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, sales and operations planning
- Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
- Drives cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
- Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.
- Manages priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
Education & Experience:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience operating in a highly complex, high value, low volume business environment

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
