This role is for a strategic and performance-driven Paid Social Marketing Lead to drive paid social media initiatives. It is ideal for a results-oriented, creative marketer who thrives on learning and experimentation. You will lead the development and execution of paid social strategies that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate revenue for cybersecurity solutions. The team moves fast, learns from mistakes, and celebrates wins together, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaborative success.
Must have:
  • Lead paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other B2B platforms, crafting targeted messaging.
  • Conduct audience research, run A/B tests, and monitor key metrics (CPL, conversion rate, engagement).
  • Provide strategic recommendations and reporting to support pipeline goals and maximize budget efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, ABM, and Web teams to align campaigns across channels.
  • Partner with Creative to produce high-performing, attention-grabbing assets.
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates, piloting new features and recommending fresh approaches.
Good to have:
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity solutions, with insight into industry trends and buyer needs.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and attribution models for complex B2B journeys.
  • Certifications from LinkedIn Marketing Labs, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of privacy and regulatory considerations in digital advertising.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead Paid Social Strategy & Execution

Own paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other B2B platforms. Craft targeted messaging tailored to cybersecurity audiences.

  • Optimize Performance & Deliver Insights

Conduct audience research, run A/B tests, and monitor key metrics (CPL, conversion rate, engagement). Provide strategic recommendations and reporting to support pipeline goals and maximize budget efficiency.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with Product Marketing, ABM, and Web teams to align campaigns across channels. Partner with Creative to produce high-performing, attention-grabbing assets.

  • Drive Innovation

Stay current on industry trends and platform updates. Pilot new features and recommend fresh approaches to amplify our GTM messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of ad platforms and their unique capabilities
  • Proficient in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign performance analysis
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity solutions, with insight into industry trends and buyer needs
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and attribution models for complex B2B journeys
