WildBrain CPLG is seeking a talented Partnership Manager to join their New York team. Reporting to the Partnership Director, this role involves building strong relationships with licensors, overseeing strategic consumer product plans, and collaborating with local teams to achieve revenue goals. The manager will also be responsible for executing strategic plans, tracking financial performance, documenting partner conversations, and identifying new opportunities while monitoring competitor activity.
Must Have:
  • Build and execute strategic plans for licensors, aligning with global objectives.
  • Track financial performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Track and document partner conversations, ensuring alignment with the strategic CP plan.
  • Partner with Finance, PD, Creative and Legal to keep track on our KPI's.
  • React quickly to new opportunities and support business development initiatives as needed.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity to identify market advantages.
  • Proven experience in sales, licensing, or brand management within entertainment, consumer products, toys, or apparel.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. retail and licensing landscapes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships at senior levels.
  • Creative thinking with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role
