Tasks

  • Supporting all employees in payroll-related inquiries e.g. tax, insurance requests and certificates

  • Handling of all administrative tasks in the area of payroll accounting

  • Creating and maintaining payroll-related HR master data in SAP

  • Providing legislative reporting and reconciliations, tax auditing, monthly and annual payroll services

  • Administrative support in salary-related topics for local markets

  • Improving processes of the payroll-related HR life cycle

  • Collaborating in HR projects and special tasks

Requirements

  • Commercial education or relevant working experience

  • Good knowledge and professional experience in payroll accounting

  • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP HCM (PY)

  • Excellent knowledge in Excel; basics in programming (e.g. VBA) would be a plus

  • Good knowledge of current German tax and social security law

  • Strong customer orientation, capacity for teamwork and good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a structured, responsible and independent manner

  • Very good German and English skills
