Tasks
Supporting all employees in payroll-related inquiries e.g. tax, insurance requests and certificates
Handling of all administrative tasks in the area of payroll accounting
Creating and maintaining payroll-related HR master data in SAP
Providing legislative reporting and reconciliations, tax auditing, monthly and annual payroll services
Administrative support in salary-related topics for local markets
Improving processes of the payroll-related HR life cycle
Collaborating in HR projects and special tasks
Requirements
Commercial education or relevant working experience
Good knowledge and professional experience in payroll accounting
Good knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP HCM (PY)
Excellent knowledge in Excel; basics in programming (e.g. VBA) would be a plus
Good knowledge of current German tax and social security law
Strong customer orientation, capacity for teamwork and good communication skills
Ability to work in a structured, responsible and independent manner
Very good German and English skills
