We are seeking an experienced Talent & Development Specialist to join our HR team. You will lead, design, and implement training initiatives. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous growth and development, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge to thrive in their roles. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify training needs and deliver programs that align with our strategic goals. The role will be based in Copenhagen.

 

Role responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, including leadership development, feedback training, onboarding, and other relevant training initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions for managers, leads, and
    other team members, ensuring the content is relevant and impactful
  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and create development plans that support continuous growth for our employees and the company
  • Prepare training and onboarding material for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and a deep understanding of our culture and values.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to managers and leads, helping them develop their leadership capabilities
  • Champion a culture of learning and development across the organization, encouraging continuous growth.
  • From time to time, there may be support needed for other HR initiatives

Desirable skills and knowledge 

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or a related field, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent facilitations and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs, both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
    strong and trustful relationships
  • You are passionate about learning and development with a deep commitment to helping others succeed
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • It’s an advantage, if you have a passion for games or knowledge of the gaming industry
