Ceragon is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for the EMEA region. This role involves managing customer accounts, focusing on collections, credit management, reconciliation, and reporting. The specialist will communicate with customers for timely payments, resolve disputes, and collaborate with internal teams and AR insurance providers. The position requires ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and AR processes, and delivering precise data and reports.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in large international companies, preferably in Tech/Telco.
  • Prior exposure to B2B environments.
  • Additional European languages (Italian, French, Spanish).
  • Experience with Oracle financial systems.
Must Have:
  • Manage accounts receivable activities: collections, aging, reconciliations, credit management, and reporting.
  • Communicate directly with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
  • Work closely with sales operations, sales teams, accounting, HQ, and AR insurance providers.
  • Investigate late payments and take appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Support related accounting tasks as required.
  • Ensure invoicing and AR processes are handled accurately and on time.
  • Deliver accurate data and reports within agreed deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control.
  • Finance background and business acumen.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to manage own professional development.

What are we looking for
