Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in both acquiring top talent for our organization and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. This dual-role position requires a blend of recruitment expertise and account management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of services to both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: (IT & Non-IT hiring)
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process from start to finish.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in account management or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
