Job Description

Playrix, a leading mobile game development company, is seeking a Senior Researcher with 3+ years of experience in IT or gamedev recruitment/sourcing. You'll lead initiatives, develop sourcing strategies, utilize X-ray and Boolean search, and manage candidate databases. Data-driven approach and excellent communication skills are essential.

Recruitment is one of our key business areas, and our goal is to become the number one in the industry. In this role, you will face new challenges and a fast-paced environment, have the opportunity to influence processes, lead initiatives, and test new hypotheses. Currently, the company is focused on hiring A-players, so we need your creativity, boldness, and resourcefulness.

Tasks

Leading initiatives and continuous process improvement
Developing and implementing strategies for finding the best candidates
Configuring an effective search strategy
Working with the candidate database and being responsible for the referral program
Sourcing and attracting candidates from various channels
Collaborating with recruiters and management to optimize the strategy
Implementing modern recruiting and sourcing methods

Requirements

Having at least 3 years of experience in IT or gamedev recruitment/sourcing
Being proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search, as well as other key candidate sourcing channels and tools
Data-driven approach and making decisions based on metrics
Effectively handling a large volume of information and managing your time efficiently
Possessing the ability to structure information and communicate it effectively to colleagues
