Hiring for HR Executive
Eligibility : Fresher and experienced both can apply
Location : Jabalpur / Bhopal
Salary: no bar for deserving candidate
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and participating in the interview process.
- Help to create a welcoming experience for new hires through the coordination of onboarding activities and providing necessary resources.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist in maintaining HR records, databases, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and support a positive work environment.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Candidates from similar background will be given preference
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and good telephonic manner
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
- Energetic, confident, self - motivated and results oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and good knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and manage multiple tasks
- Good time management skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team success
- Should have understand the business needs and requirements
