administration for the whole employment period
personnel hiring employment continuity and terminations
ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees, PPMs/TLs
creating and maintaining employees' personal files
conducting HR training sessions for newcomers
cooperation with external payroll vendors
preparation of personnel administration reports
Must have
Proven experience of at least 5 years in HR administration and payroll, employee onboarding
Very good knowledge of local labor legislation
Practical knowledge in working with an HRIS system
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a multi-national company
Bachelor degree in HR Management, Law, Economics of Finance will be additional asset
Nice to have
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy. Audits experience.
