About your manager

Dan Smola leads the Technology Consulting team for SAP SuccessFactors. He dedicates his professional life to the implementation of information systems for Czech and international clients. When he's not at work, you can find him jogging or hiking in the mountains.

Job description & summary

Are you keen to grow your career in HR IT and further develop your competences in the field of SAP HCM payroll? Would you like to help companies modernize their payroll solution, make it part of sustainable HR IT cloud 
architecture and help shape HR and payroll related processes?

You will be part of our global consulting team. You will be working with experienced consultants and architects focused on payroll and master data management at local or large international clients.
You will communicate and work directly with clients, mainly HR/payroll people, in order to design processes, configure, implement and successfully launch payroll solutions which help our clients meet their business goals.
On a daily basis, you should use your analytic, presentation, communication and organisational skills and further develop your knowledge and experience within SAP HCM PA, OM and payroll.

Requirements of the role

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll, PA and OM

  • ABAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Interest in new technology trends and IT solutions.

  • Knowledge and / or interest in HR processes, HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM

  • Willingness to implement new IT solutions.

  • Analytical thinking

  • Fluent in Czech and English, German is an advantage

  • Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling

  • University degree
